Job Role: Site Execution Architect

Job Description
- Prepare and coordinate working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Ensure accurate execution of architectural design intent on site through regular site visits.
- Monitor site execution to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, samples, and specifications.
- Execute and monitor poured earth, brickwork, and cladding systems as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams to resolve execution-related issues.
- Check construction materials, workmanship, finishes, and overall quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and coordinate necessary corrections.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
- Maintain basic site reports, measurements, and progress updates.
- Support the project team in resolving technical and site-level challenges.
- Ensure proper coordination between design requirements and on-site implementation.

Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture.
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution may also be considered.
- Solid academic or professional exposure to working drawings and construction detailing.
- Hands-on experience, internship, or site exposure in architectural execution and site coordination.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction methods, and site execution.
