Job Description
- Manage and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers with account opening, KYC, and various banking services.
- Handle customer queries, service requests, and concerns professionally.
- Promote banking products such as CASA, FD, Loans, Insurance, and other financial products.
- Acquire new customers and contribute to overall business growth.
- Support branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly business and service targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with branch operations and other departments for smooth service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Generate daily and weekly reports.




- Regularly update customer information and service records.
