Job Description
Sbi Life Insurance Company Limited is an online insurance comparison portal headquartered in Pune, with a nationwide workforce. The company uses technology to simplify the insurance purchasing process for customers across India.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Training:
- Recruit and onboard new POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents.
- Train POSP agents on insurance products, sales processes, and customer handling.
- Ensure agents have the required knowledge and skills to sell insurance products effectively.

Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales through the POSP channel.
- Identify potential target markets and customer segments.
- Optimize sales processes to improve business performance.
- Support POSP agents in achieving assigned sales targets.

Performance Management
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of POSP agents.
- Track individual and team sales performance.
- Provide regular feedback, guidance, and support to improve agent productivity.




- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement measures.

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with POSP agents.
- Provide continuous support to agents for smooth business operations.
- Address agent queries and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure a positive customer and agent experience.

Market Research
- Monitor insurance industry trends and developments.
- Track competitor activities and market offerings.
- Understand customer preferences and changing market requirements.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and sales growth.

Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and POSP productivity.
- Track market trends and relevant business metrics.
- Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Share reports and insights with the management team.
