Job Role: Relationship Manager

Job Description
- Handle Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage Loan sales.
- Work in the field to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and acquire new DSA (Direct Selling Agent) partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners.
- Generate Home Loan and LAP files through the DSA channel.
- Acquire Home Loan and LAP customers directly from the market.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and other requirements to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement of loan applications.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and DSA partners.
- Develop and manage the corporate DSA channel.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
- For senior roles, lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 1–4+ years in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales
- DSA channel experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Home Loan products.
- Team-handling experience required for senior-level positions.
- Minimum CIBIL Score: 650
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15 days' notice period preferred.
- Candidates from AMBAK & HDFC are not eligible.
- Freshers and candidates from other sales industries are not eligible.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹8 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000
