Role Description
The Head of EPR Practice is a full time, on-site leadership role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.



This role is responsible for leading the EPR practice across all key waste streams, overseeing strategy, service delivery, and client outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a multidisciplinary team, designing and refining EPR compliance frameworks, and ensuring timely execution of client registrations, credit management, and regulatory filings. The role involves close collaboration with producers, importers, brand owners, and authorized recyclers to structure compliance programs, optimize credit portfolios, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. The Head of EPR Practice will monitor regulatory developments, guide clients on policy changes, drive process improvements through technology and data insights, and contribute to business growth through practice development and thought leadership.
