Job Role: Hair Stylist

Job Description
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend suitable services.
- Perform haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, hair spa, treatments, coloring, smoothening, keratin, rebonding, and other salon services according to company standards.
- Recommend and promote salon services and professional retail products to clients.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitization of workstations and tools.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual service and retail sales targets.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, treatments, and professional products.
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Follow salon SOPs, grooming standards, health, and safety guidelines.




- Support the team in maintaining smooth day-to-day studio operations.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of salon experience.
- Certification or professional training in hairstyling is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of professional hair products and treatments.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-focused approach.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays according to business requirements.
