REQUIREMENTS

1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce;

Fluent in Hindi and English — both spoken and written communication matter

Bachelor's degree (BSc / BA / BCom) or equivalent

Comfortable working on (email, spreadsheets, CRM/helpdesk software)

Strong listening skills and the ability to stay patient and composed

Calm, patient, and solution-focused, when conversations get tense

Quickly thinking on your feet and find practical solutions when needed





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer queries across calls, chat, or email and resolve them fast

• Guide customers on products, orders, payments, and returns

• Coordinate with internal teams — ops, tech, logistics — to close issues end to end

• Keep the customer’s experience smooth, warm, and on-brand at every touchpoint

• Track recurring issues and flag patterns to the team, so problems get fixed at the root

GOOD TO HAVE

• Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or personal care retail

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or CRM tools

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
