Job Role: Sales Officer

Job Description
- Sell the bank’s CASA products and other banking products to new customers.
- Acquire recent customers through direct sales and local market activities.
- Conduct marketing activities within the assigned area.
- Travel locally on a daily basis to meet potential customers.
- Contact existing customers to encourage additional deposits.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products to existing customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain proper customer records and documentation.
- Follow bank policies, compliance requirements, and sales procedures.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Degree.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.




- Willingness to work in field sales.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel locally for customer meetings.

Salary & Incentives
- Salary: ₹19,000 CTC per month.
- Take-Home: ₹16,000 per month.
- Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 per month based on performance.

- Opportunity for promotion to ASM (Area Sales Manager) within 6 months, based on performance.
