Role Description
This Recruitment Specialist – HR Sales and Marketing internship is a hybrid role based in Bhopal, with some flexibility for work from home.



The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities for sales and marketing roles, including sourcing candidates from various platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Daily responsibilities include assisting with interview scheduling, maintaining candidate databases, and communicating with applicants and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process. The role also involves collaborating with HR and hiring managers to understand role requirements, contributing to job postings and recruitment campaigns, and supporting onboarding and basic training activities for selected candidates. This is an internship position designed to provide hands-on exposure to HR, talent acquisition, and recruitment processes within an EdTech workplace.
