Job Role: Fitness & Sports Center Manager

Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness and sports center.
- Drive membership sales, revenue growth, and business development.
- Manage and supervise staff to ensure smooth center operations.
- Support customer onboarding and provide excellent customer service.
- Build strong relationships with members and understand their requirements.
- Promote fitness programs, memberships, and sports activities.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned business targets.
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer experience.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate fitness and sports programs to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support.
- Implement strategies to improve membership retention and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed.




- Prepare and maintain basic operational and sales reports.
