We are looking for an experienced
Operations Manager
to lead and manage payment gateway operations, with robust expertise in
Merchant Onboarding, Reconciliation, Settlement, Chargebacks,



and Transaction Operations
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day
Payment Gateway Operations
and ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Lead the
Merchant Onboarding
process, including KYC/KYB, document verification, risk checks, and activation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Banking/Acquiring partners.
- Manage daily
transaction reconciliation
between payment gateway, acquiring banks, merchants, and internal systems.
- Monitor
settlements, refunds, reversals, failed transactions, and pending transactions
.
- Manage and resolve
chargebacks and disputes
, including documentation, representment, and timely responses.
- Track and minimize chargeback ratios and operational losses.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly
MIS and operational reports
