Role Description:

The
Regional Sales Director – Delhi NCR
will lead government for IntelliDB Enterprise across
Northern India
, with a primary focus on
Central Government ministries and departments, Defence, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), government agencies, and other strategic government organisations
.

The role will be responsible for developing strategic government accounts, identifying opportunities, building relationships with senior decision-makers,



driving participation in government tenders and procurement processes, and managing the complete sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong government-sector relationships, an understanding of government procurement, and proven experience selling enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the regional sales strategy, pipeline, and revenue targets for Government and Defence accounts across Northern India.
- Develop and manage relationships with
Central Government ministries/departments, Defence organisations, PSUs, government agencies, and other strategic public-sector accounts
.
- Identify upcoming technology requirements, projects, tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities and convert them into business.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including chance identification, qualification, solution positioning, tender/RFP participation, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relations
