Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a team of Academic

Counsellors handling the US market. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, mentor team members,

achieve revenue targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Academic Counsellors.
Monitor individual and team KPIs and sales performance.
Conduct regular coaching and performance improvement sessions.
Drive lead conversion and revenue achievement for the US market.
Analyze sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and share regular performance reports.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.




Motivate the team to consistently achieve business goals.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Education Consulting, or Academic Counselling.
Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience.
Experience in handling international/US sales will be preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
