Role Summary :

SmartSoC is seeking a DevOps, QA & Support Engineer to support a contemporary, enterprise web platform that manages structured technical data and workflows. The role focuses on CI/CD automation, platform reliability, quality assurance, and production support, working closely with development and platform teams. Exposure to AI assisted operations and automation is a robust advantage.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Tekton or Jenkins.
Manage containerized deployments using Docker and OpenShift.
Configure and maintain Nginx for application routing and security.
Manage artifacts and dependencies using JFrog Artifactory.
Support source control and release workflows using Git / Bitbucket.
Perform QA validation, regression testing, and release verification.
Provide production support, incident triage, and root cause analysis.




Drive automation, monitoring, and reliability improvements.
Contribute to AI assisted automation for testing, monitoring, or support workflows.

Preferred candidate profile
35 years of experience in DevOps, QA, or Application Support roles. • Hands on experience with: o Docker, OpenShift o Nginx o JFrog Artifactory o Tekton or Jenkins o Git / Bitbucket • Understanding of CI/CD, release management, and setting support. • Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Preferred Skills • Exposure to Agentic AI or AI driven automation. • Experience using LLMs for test automation, log analysis, or support tooling. • Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and production readiness practices.
