JD:

JD - 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven workplace.
Hands on experience as Scrum master driving delivery
Domain knowledge and Financial services or private equity experience is required.
Experience in gathering requirements for CRM (preferably Salesforce) related functions including system integration and data mapping.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to take initiative, anticipate needs, and drive tasks forward without waiting for direction

. • Solid understanding of business applications, systems integration, and data flow concepts.
Experience working within Agile or hybrid Agile delivery models, with comfort using Jira and Confluence

. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to bridge discussions between business and technical audiences.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a energetic setting.
