Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Oswaal Books products to customers visiting the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable books based on their needs.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with store staff and customers.
Ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability at the assigned store.
Explain product features, perks, editions, and offers to customers.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences.
Maintain daily sales and activity reports.
Coordinate with the Oswaal Books sales team and store management.
Ensure a positive customer experience and skilled representation of the brand.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in promoter sales, retail sales, field sales, or education/book sales.
Freshers with valuable communication and a sales-oriented attitude may also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable interacting with students, parents, teachers, and general customers.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable working from the assigned retail store.
