Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building solid client relationships, presenting products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
Explain and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM or company records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.




Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel, if required.
Freshers with positive communication and a positive attitude are welcome.
