Customer Acquisition &
Sourcing:

Identifying potential customers in underserved, rural, or low-income areas and explaining MFI products (loans, micro-insurance).
Client Training &
Literacy:

Conducting group training sessions (e.g., Continuous Group Training - CGT) to educate clients on group liability, interest rates, and loan terms.
KYC &
Credit Evaluation:

Collecting Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, verifying applicant details, and conducting background checks on creditworthiness.
Loan Disbursement &
Collection:

Assisting in the loan application and disbursement process, and collecting weekly or monthly installments through center meetings.
Repayment Follow-ups: Proactively monitoring loan utilization and following up with clients for timely EMI repayments, often visiting them at their homes or businesses.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
