Handle incoming leads and inquiries
Convert leads into sales
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution
Maintain communication with customers
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. MBA in Marketing/Sales is preferred.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
Technical skills such as MS office, Ms excel, sales reporting and analysis, Basic Data analysis, CRM software, presentation skills.
Management skills such as team setting, team leadership, decision making, performance monitoring, problem solving.
Personal attributes leadership, confidence, customer focused attitude, adaptability, time management.
