About the Company

Pristine Technologies & Industries is engaged in manufacturing rubberised cork sheets & components, insulating press board, and paper components, primarily used as gasketing and insulation materials for electrical transformers, oil-filled equipment, and industrial machinery.

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth order execution.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, MIS, and other sales-related documents.
Follow up on pending enquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
Maintain customer records and sales/order status.
Support the sales team in maintaining existing customer relationships and developing current business opportunities.

Candidate Profile
2 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support,



preferably in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.
Candidates with experience in rubberised cork, insulation materials, press board/paper components, transformer components, gasketing, or electrical/industrial products will be highly preferred.
Valuable communication, coordination, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Candidates with experience in an industry similar to Pristine Technologies & Industries will have a strong added advantage.
