Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles, practices, and Scrum framework.
Remove impediments or blockers to the team's progress to ensure smooth and continuous delivery.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Monitor team performance metrics and facilitate discussions to drive improvements.
Shield the team from external distractions and influences to maintain focus on sprint goals.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams to resolve dependencies and promote cross-team collaboration.
Ensure that the team follows Agile best practices and guidelines.
Serve as a servant leader, supporting the team in achieving their goals while promoting self-organization and empowerment.
