Certification of R/A and final bills of the contractors and vendors as per the stipulated terms Conditions of the respective contract agreement.
Understanding drawings of all disciplines and calculating the quantities for MEP Works.
Preparation of BOQ, Estimation & Budget along with the technical specification as per the initial tender drawings and formulating priced BOQ as per the market rates for the Design & build projects.
Preparation of Quantity Variations with respect to the GFC, Non-Tender items Rate analysis
Checking & certifying all consultants, Contractors, and sub-contractors’ bills and passing to accounts department.




Discussing & finalizing the rates with supplier with positive negotiation skill and issuing the Purchase order to supplier.
Maintaining and updating master rates for all material based on the market price and vendor data base for contractors.
Preparation of Rate analysis and work order, comparative statement, Reconciliation process etc
Detailed measurement sheet /Quantity take off sheet from drawings.
Document any changes in design and update budgets accordingly!

Required Skills
