The Senior Manager – HR will be responsible for End to End HR Functions Includes Faculty,Administration & Other Support Service Functions.
Responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, Training and development, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, statutory compliance, HR policies, Accreditation support and HR analytics.
More than 20 + years, preferably from Engineering Institutions.
MBA /MSW or any relevant Degree.
Salary May be a Constraint for the Suitable Candidate.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
