Sr. Salesforce Development Engineer - Development cum Administration

Expert on flow building and flow analysis - Development
Robust understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform (Sales cloud predominantly along with Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud), its architecture, and its limitations.
Robust understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality
Experience with building bug fixes, Apex Classes and Triggers
Experience with building Workflows, Process Builder, Salesforce Lightning Web Components
Experience with building Reports & Dashboards with Lightning Experience.
Experience in Process Builder, Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Formulas, Permissions, Data Analysis, Data Cleansing and Data Enrichment.
Extensive experience on creating Users, Profile, Roles, permission sets, Reports, Dashboards, And Public Group.
Integration experience with other applications.
At least 10 years of experience

Admin
Develop solution designs with stakeholders.




Advice the stakeholders how the requirements can be built perfectly within Salesforce.
Implement change requests and deploy solutions.
Provide user training and support as an internal point of contact for our internal users.
Ensure the system runs smoothly.
Experience with Salesforce's Sales Cloud
Knowledge of Flows in Salesforce
Officially certified Salesforce Admin or comparable qualification
Ability to develop technical solutions including stakeholder management

Experience : 12 to 15 years

Education Qualification : B.E/B.Tech Graduate/MCA or equivalent.
