Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP & AR) to lead the finance operations for a reputed Logistics / Supply Chain organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end AP & AR operations along with proven team management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage an AP & AR team of 10+ members.
- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
- Monitor vendor payments, customer collections and aging reports.
- Review vendor/customer reconciliations, billing and receipt allocation.
- Handle bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and applicable accounting standards.
- Review monthly MIS, cash flow and financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.




- Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement and Finance teams to resolve accounting issues.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Candidate Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.
- 8–12 years of relevant AP & AR experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing a team of 10+ members.
- Logistics / Supply Chain industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/Tally, GST, TDS and Advanced Excel.
- Robust analytical, reconciliation and team management skills.
- Candidates residing near Pawane MIDC / Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners / short notice period candidates preferred.
