Position Summary

We are seeking energetic and career-oriented MBA/BBA graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team as Management Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, stakeholder engagement, candidate experience management, sourcing strategies, recruitment operations, and HR systems.

The trainee will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring initiatives across business functions while developing a strong foundation in talent acquisition and HR operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support

- Assist recruiters in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes against job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessments.

Candidate Experience
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track candidate progress through various stages of hiring.

Recruitment Operations
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring trackers.
- Support offer documentation, onboarding coordination, and joining formalities.
- Ensure recruitment data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Stakeholder Coordination




- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Support recruitment campaigns, walk-in drives, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Participate in recruitment meetings and hiring reviews.

Talent Attraction & Branding
- Assist in employer branding activities and social media campaigns.
- Support campus engagement programs and virtual hiring events.
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate engagement.

QualificationsEducation
- MBA (HR/Marketing/General Management) or BBA (HR/Business Administration).
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Interest in recruitment and human resources.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
