Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full time, on-site position based in Agra. The trainee will support branch operations, including customer onboarding, documentation, and coordination for various loan products such as commercial vehicle, two-wheeler, car, gold, and small business loans.
Responsibilities include learning credit appraisal processes, assisting in risk assessment, and supporting collections and portfolio management under the guidance of senior team members. The role involves engaging with customers,
understanding their financial needs, and providing service that aligns with company policies and compliance standards.
Management
Trainees will participate in structured training programs, performance reviews, and rotational assignments to gain exposure to different functions and prepare for future leadership roles.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and support credit assessment.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of retail lending, NBFC operations, or financial services concepts (internships or projects in finance are an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with learning new digital systems and applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
