Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership &
- Development:

- Lead, supervise, and develop the PEB Maintenance team, ensuring that all team members are trained, skilled, and equipped to perform their duties efficiently.

- Identify the labor skills required for the PEB maintenance and appoint qualified personnel to meet the project needs.

- Implement regular training sessions to enhance team skill sets and increase productivity.

- Site Visits &

- Preventive Maintenance:

- Visit handed-over building sites to conduct preventive maintenance checks and ensure all systems are functioning as per the required standards.

- Schedule regular maintenance visits based on the priority list provided by the Operations team.

- Conduct on-site assessments to identify any existing or potential issues and implement corrective measures.

- Task Scheduling &

- Prioritization:

- Collaborate with the Operations team to create a detailed schedule of site visits and maintenance tasks, based on priority and client requirements.

- Organize and allocate tasks to the team in an efficient manner, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of maintenance activities.

- Reporting &

- Documentation:

- Create detailed reports for each maintenance visit, documenting tasks executed, findings, and corrective actions taken.





- Ensure that all reports are signed off by the responsible person appointed by the client to confirm completion and satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities for future reference and performance tracking.

- Client Interaction &

- Relationship Management:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their maintenance needs and resolve any concerns promptly.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality maintenance services.

- Health, Safety &

- Compliance:

- Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.

- Conduct regular site safety checks and ensure that the team follows secure working practices at all times.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvements within the maintenance team and propose solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in pre-engineered building maintenance to continually improve team efficiency.

- Any task to be performed given by the management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
