Job Responsibility: 1. Monitor store and warehouse activities to prevent theft, pilferage, and inventory shrinkage.
- Conduct regular audits, stock verification, and inventory checks. Investigate inventory discrepancies and prepare incident reports.
- Monitor CCTV footage and identify suspicious activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
- Coordinate with store operations and warehouse teams to resolve loss-related issues.
- Conduct bag checks, gate pass verification, and visitor monitoring.
- Maintain records of loss prevention activities and submit reports to management.
- Assist in internal investigations and support disciplinary actions when required.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory to minimize damage and wastage.
- Identify process gaps and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Promote safety and security awareness among employees.
