Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch, order coordination, inventory, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should ensure that orders are packed correctly, dispatched on time, and all related documentation, stock records, and customer updates are maintained accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and ensure timely dispatch of items/orders as per schedule.

Check that all items are properly packed, labelled, and ready for dispatch.

Verify quantities and items against invoices, orders, and dispatch documents.

Prepare and maintain billing, invoices, delivery documents, and other logistics paperwork.

Update and maintain order details in Excel sheets accurately and on time.

Maintain accurate stock records and regularly update inventory information.

Conduct stock auditing/physical stock verification and identify discrepancies.

Update dispatch, stock, inventory, and order status in the system regularly.

Monitor consignment/courier tracking and provide timely tracking updates to clients.

Follow up on deliveries and communicate any delays or delivery issues to clients.

Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounts, transporters, courier companies, and other departments for smooth operations.





Ensure all dispatch and logistics records are properly maintained and filed.

Maintain accuracy and minimize errors in dispatch, billing, stock, and order records.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or inventory operations.

Must have working knowledge of Tally.

Good knowledge of Excel, billing, invoicing, stock management, and inventory updates.

Experience in order tracking and consignment/courier tracking.

Positive communication skills for providing updates and coordinating with clients.

Ability to handle dispatch operations efficiently and meet deadlines.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Preferred Candidate A responsible, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can ensure that the right items are packed correctly, dispatched at the right time, orders are updated properly in Excel, consignments are tracked, clients receive timely updates, and all billing, stock, and documentation work is completed accurately.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
