Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Executive with 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for arranging trucks and vehicles for material dispatch, tracking vehicle movement, coordinating with transporters and drivers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrange trucks, trailers, and other vehicles for dispatch of finished goods and raw materials.
- Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely vehicle availability.
- Track vehicle movement and monitor delivery status from dispatch to destination.
- Regularly follow up with drivers for location updates, transit status, and delivery confirmations.
- Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Sales teams for shipment planning.
- Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues promptly.
- Maintain records of freight bills, vehicle details, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and transporter documents.




- Update daily logistics and dispatch reports.
- Monitor freight costs and support logistics cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of transportation, dispatch, and logistics operations.
- Experience in vehicle arrangement and transporter coordination.
- Solid follow-up and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to handle multiple dispatches and work under deadlines.
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Preferred Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in a Manufacturing, Engineering, Automobile, or Industrial Products company.
- Experience handling dispatch planning, vehicle tracking, and transporter management.

- Timely vehicle placement.
- On-time delivery of shipments.
- Accurate vehicle tracking and status updates.
- Freight cost control.
- Timely collection of PODs and logistics documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
