Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatches, deliveries, pickups and shipments.

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and dispatched on time.

- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners and logistics vendors for shipment movement and delivery.

- Track shipments and follow up on delayed, undelivered, RTO and pending shipments.

- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, PODs and shipment status.

- Coordinate with the warehouse team for GRN, inward and outward movement of goods.

- Monitor RTO, delivery timelines, fulfilment and logistics costs.

- Resolve shipment-related issues such as short shipments, damaged goods, wrong deliveries and delivery delays.

- Ensure timely submission and collection of PODs and other logistics documents.

- Coordinate with the accounts team for freight bills, invoices and supporting documents.

- Prepare daily/weekly logistics MIS and shipment reports.

- Maintain proper documentation and records for all logistics activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams including Purchase, Warehouse, Operations, Accounts and Sales for smooth order movement.

- Escalate recurring logistics issues and delays to the reporting manager.

- Ensure compliance with company processes and logistics SOPs.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Ability to track multiple shipments and activities simultaneously.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Robust attention to detail and documentation.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Preferred Candidate

- 2 years+ of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse or e-commerce operations.

- Experience working with courier/logistics partners will be an advantage.

- Candidates with experience in e-commerce, quick commerce or FMCG logistics will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
