Banking Operations Associate Manager – Commercial Banking

Shift: Predominantly Night Shift

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Banking Operations professional to manage end-to-end Commercial Lending and Loan Servicing operations, lead large teams, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage commercial lending operations including loan booking, drawdowns,

disbursements, repayments, rollovers, rate fixings, fees, and payoffs.

- Oversee ACH/Wire processing, reconciliation, collateral, escrow, UCC, and loan servicing activities.
- Lead a team of approximately 100 FTEs, ensuring SLA, quality, productivity, and compliance.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Back Office,

Agent Banks, Borrowers, and other parties.





- Drive process improvements, automation, risk controls, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor teams and ensure effective governance and performance management.

Requirements

- 10–14 years of Commercial Banking/Loan Operations experience.
- Robust knowledge of Commercial Lending, Credit Services, Loan

Documentation & Servicing.

- Excellent people management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with nCino/ACBS is preferred.
- Willingness to work night shifts and support business-critical requirements.
