Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and customer-focused Lobby Executive to manage the restaurant lobby and ensure a warm and qualified welcome for all guests. The candidate will be responsible for guest greeting, seating coordination, managing waiting guests, and maintaining a smooth flow of guest movement.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage the restaurant entrance and lobby area professionally.
- Assist guests with seating and coordinate with the service team regarding table availability.
- Manage the waiting list and provide accurate waiting-time information.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure a comfortable seating experience.
- Handle guest queries and provide information about the restaurant, menu, facilities, and services.
- Coordinate with the Captain, Stewarding, F&B; Service, and Restaurant Manager for smooth guest handling.
- Monitor guest arrivals, reservations, and special requests.




- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate them to the concerned manager when required.
- Maintain proper guest flow during peak hours.
- Ensure the lobby, entrance, and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional etiquette.
- Assist with VIP guest handling and special occasions.
- Support the restaurant team in maintaining excellent guest satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience or more in a similar role in a restaurant, hotel, fine-dining, or hospitality environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with excellent guest-handling skills.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to remain calm and polite during busy hours.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and table management.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates with experience in fine dining / premium restaurants will be preferred.
