Position Title: LOAD Engine AMS Application Specialist

1. Position Summary

LOAD ENGINE is a strategic application at the core of CMA CGMs Finance & Pricing ecosystem. It enables the calculation of costs, revenues, and contributions based on complex business rules, while supporting financial forecasting, simulation, pricing, and controlling activities at highly detailed levels, such as Bill of Lading (BL) and voyage. The solution relies on an Oracle ODM rule engine, Oracle Forms for user interfaces, and a rich data ecosystem fed by multiple enterprise systems, providing a reliable and consistent view of operational and financial performance. Attached to the IT department and Application maintenance and support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the overall application working closely with business representatives and third party in a product-oriented mindset.

This role requires a strong combination of functional expertise in Finance (Accounting and Controlling), technical proficiency, resilience and excellent communication skills to support critical data integration workflows, handle production support, and deliver application enhancements in a controlled and reliable manner.

1. Key Responsibilities

2.1 Application Management & Production Support
- Ensure the operational stability and availability of LOAD Engine applications in the production setting in collarboration with our third party support team




- Review outcome of daily monitoring of batch processing and data integration workflows
- Act as an escalation point / expert on severe incidents in collaboration with our third party team withthin accordance of the existing support processes
- Ensure root cause analysis are completed and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents, procedures, and solutions

2.2 IT Support
- Monitor and provide expertise to the IT external team in charge of the technical and functional support
- Analyze and resolve functional issues related to financial data processing
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reconciliation across systems
- Provide end-user support and guidance on application usage

2.3 Change Management & Delivery
- Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of application releases
- Prepare and maintain:
- Functional specifications
- Technical design documents
- Participate in development activities (PL/SQL, Java) for corrections and enhancements
- Ensure compliance with change management and release governance processes

2.4 Testing & Quality Assurance
- Monitor, support and coordinate with the Test Factory team in charge of
- Design and execute non-regression tests to validate application changes
- Perform performance testing to ensure system efficiency and scalability
