What We’re Looking For
10–12+ years of relevant experience in Plastics / Masterbatch / Compounds
Strong techno-commercial and business development experience
Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management skills
Business acumen with a self-driven and entrepreneurial approach
Willingness to travel extensively across the region
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development for Masterbatch & Compounds
Manage and expand the existing customer base across the region
Identify new prospects and develop current business opportunities
Analyze market potential and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build strong relationships with customers through regular market visits and interactions
Represent the organization effectively at senior customer levels
Combine technical understanding with strong commercial and entrepreneurial skills
