Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their vehicle service requirements, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle reception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Inspect and document vehicle complaints and service requirements.
Prepare service estimates and explain the required work to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and monitor the progress of repair and service jobs.
Keep customers updated regarding job status, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
Ensure vehicles are properly inspected before delivery.
Maintain accurate service records and related documentation.
Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain good customer relationships.





Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service role.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of automobile service and repair procedures.
Experience working in an automobile dealership/service centre will be an added advantage.
Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and customers.
Valuable organisational and problem-solving skills.
