3–6 years of hands-on merchandising experience needed — this isn't an entry-level role.

We're hiring a Senior Merchandiser to own the sampling-to-production process end to end — from design brief through sample approval, spec sheets, trim charts and TNA calendars, right through to production handover and dispatch. You'll coordinate closely with production, QC, sourcing, and our international (NL) team, and you'll be the one raising the flag early if a sample, approval, or order is at risk.

You should apply if you have:
A degree/diploma in Textile, Garment, Fashion, or Design
3–6 years in merchandising, with real ownership of sampling and TNA planning
The ability to read and interpret tech packs, measurement charts, and construction detail independently
Robust Excel skills and the discipline to keep trim charts and BOMs airtight
Bonus: experience working with European or international buyers
