Service Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to manage customer vehicle service requirements and coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
Prepare job cards, service estimates, and repair orders.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff.
Explain repairs, costs, and service timelines to customers.
Provide regular updates on vehicle service status.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and proper documentation.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote periodic maintenance and additional service requirements.




Achieve customer satisfaction and service revenue targets.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
Valuable knowledge of automotive systems and servicing.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Valuable computer knowledge and ability to use service/workshop software.
Solid problem-solving and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
