SENIOR SPM DESIGNER

EXPERIENCE: 6-10years

QUALIFICATION: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech-Mechanical Engineering

DEPARTMENT: Engineering

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

1.Design and develop SPM components, assemblies and products

2.Create 3D models,2D drawings, BOMs and engineering documentation.

3.Convert concepts and customer requirements into manufacturable designs.

4.Apply GD&T;, tolerances, fits, and engineering standards.

5.Ensure DFM/DFA, quality, cost and reliability in designs.

6.Coordinate with manufacturing, quality and production teams.

7.Resolve design and manufacturing issues through effective root-cause analysis.

8.Support prototype, testing, validation and product improvements.

9.Review designs and provide technical guidance to junior designers.

10.Take ownership of design projects and deliverables.

REQUIRED SKILLS

1.Robust experience in SolidWorks/ Creo / CATIA / AutoCAD or equivalent.





2.Good knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.

3.Solid understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings.

4.Experience in sheet metal, machining, fabrication, or welded assemblies preferred.

5.Strong problem-solving, communication, and team working skills.

6.Ability to work independently and take technical ownership.

2.Able to independently handle complex designs and mentor junior team members.

SALARY: Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills and overall suitability for the role.

Pay: From ₹41,700.00 per month
