What You'll Do;

Counsel prospective students and working professionals on AI degree programs and career pathways
n
Understand learner goals and recommend the most suitable program through consultative selling
n
Manage the complete admission lifecycle from lead qualification and counseling to application Engage with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings to maximize conversions
n
Build robust relationships with prospective learners and provide an exceptional admission Consistently achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
n
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
n
Collaborate with the marketing, admissions, and student success teams to improve lead conversion and learner experience
n
Stay updated on AI industry trends,

What We're Looking For;

4–6 years of experience in EdTech sales, admissions counseling, or education consulting
n
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding enrollment/sales targets
n
Robust consultative selling, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Experience using CRM platforms and virtual communication tools
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
n
Passion for education and helping learners build successful careers in AI
