Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module.
Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, notifications, and data policies.
Develop and integrate ServiceNow solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.





Mandatory Skills & Certifications
4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Robust hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization
Experience with scripting, workflows, and ServiceNow integrations
Positive understanding of REST/SOAP APIs
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
