Job Description

We are looking for a Content Developer Intern – Non-Technical Programs to support the design, development, and execution of online programs across Psychology, Management, Leadership, Business, Human Resources, Marketing, and other non-technical domains. This role focuses on curriculum development, content creation, instructional quality, and academic coordination while working closely with faculty, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and internal stakeholders.

Program & Curriculum Development

Support end-to-end content development for online programs across domains such as:
n
Psychology
n
Leadership & Management
n
Business Administration
n
Human Resources
n
Marketing
n
Organizational Development
n
Communication & Soft Skills
n
Assist in translating learning objectives into structured, outcome-driven curricula.
n
Create and review session plans, PowerPoint presentations (PPS), assignments, case studies, quizzes, and learner activities.

Instructional Design & Content Quality

n

n
Ensure learner-friendly, engaging,



and conceptually accurate content across presentations, reading materials, assessments, faculty notes, and learning resources.
n
Review content for pedagogy, sequencing, consistency, grammar, and formatting.
n
Support the creation of learner assessments and engagement activities in collaboration with Program Managers.

Faculty & SME Coordination

n

n
Work closely with academic faculty and industry SMEs to:
n
Share content briefs and learning objectives
n
Track deliverables and timelines
n
Review session outlines, scripts, and recordings
n
Act as the primary content point of contact for assigned courses or modules.
n

Process & Execution Support

n

n
Follow defined content development and quality review processes.
n
Maintain documentation for curricula, learning outcomes, and content changes.
n
Support audits, refresh cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
