About the Role

We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Technical Presales Executive to support our sales team by understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable technology solutions, and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the team to understand customer needs and business challenges.
n
Participate in customer meetings and technical requirement-gathering discussions.
n
Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and solution documents.
n
Assist in designing and recommending technology solutions.
n
Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
n
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer technical queries.
n
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to develop solutions.
n




Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry developments.
n

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Cloud Technologies (AWS).
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
n
Ability to understand business and technical requirements.
n
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
n
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
n
1–3 years of experience in Presales, Technical Support, IT Consulting, or Solution Engineering.
n
Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
