Car Service Center Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Car Service Center Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations and ensure high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise technicians and workshop staff and allocate jobs efficiently.
Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and overall job quality.
Ensure vehicles are completed and delivered within agreed timelines.
Coordinate with service advisors, customers, and spare-parts teams.
Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, tools, and equipment.
Monitor technician productivity and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Maintain accurate service records and support the Service Manager in achieving operational targets.

Requirements: Robust leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential. A valid driving license is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
