As we expand our e-commerce business, we are looking for a polished and commercially driven E-Commerce Sales Consultant to elevate our digital sales performance and deliver a truly exceptional luxury client experience.

What you'll do:

Curate & recommend premium eyewear with a personalised, consultative approach

n
Drive sales via WhatsApp, email, digital enquiries & proactive follow-ups

n
Own the client journey order confirmation to final delivery

n
Handle high-value clients with discretion, polish, and precision

n
Resolve concerns swiftly while upholding luxury service standards

n
Build robust expertise in leading luxury eyewear & fashion brands

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in luxury sales / e-commerce sales (eyewear, fashion, watches, or premium retail preferred)

n
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills

n
Strong commercial acumen ability to convert enquiries into sales

n
A refined sense of luxury, fashion & clienteling

n
Organised, detail oriented, proactive, and target driven

n
Knowledge of luxury eyewear brands is a strong plus
