Job Summary:

n

We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join the Front Office team at Taj Lands End . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for guest service, and at least 2 years of experience in front office or guest relations within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Welcome guests and ensure a warm, qualified arrival and departure experience.
n
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
n
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
n
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
n
Maintain guest profiles and preferences for personalized service.
n
Handle VIP arrivals and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
n
Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs and brand standards.
n




Assist in managing room allocations and guest requests.
n
Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports.
n
Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
n

Eligibility Criteria:

n

n
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management (Mandatory).
n
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Guest Relations Executive, or a similar role in a reputed hotel.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
n
Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
n
Well-groomed personality with a professional appearance.
n
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
n
Knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera/Fidelio or similar) will be an added advantage.
