Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Shift: Evening Shift

Experience: 4+ Years in US Residential Mortgage

n

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Note: Only candidates with experience in US Residential Mortgage will be considered. Profiles with Commercial Mortgage experience will not be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

n

Hands-on experience in Pre-Underwriting, LO Assistant, File Setup, and Third-Party Orders (WVOE, HOI, Payoff, VVOE, etc.)

n

Strong understanding of the Loan Origination Process

n

Expertise in Income Calculations (W2, Variable Income, Self-Employed, Rental) – High Priority

n

Solid knowledge of the 4 C's of Underwriting: Credit, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral

n

Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills

n

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS Office tools

n
