Job Title: Senior Windows Platform / Endpoint Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a strong Windows Platform/Endpoint Software Engineer with hands-on experience in C#/.NET, C++, Windows Internals, Windows Services, device telemetry, enterprise networking, and AWS. The engineer will develop Windows-based agents/services for device health, inventory, performance monitoring, diagnostics, and cloud telemetry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Windows Services, background processes, agents, and desktop applications.

Build components for collecting device health, inventory, performance, and system telemetry.

Develop scalable integrations with cloud-based telemetry and analytics platforms.

Design and maintain plugin-based/modular software architecture.

Troubleshoot production issues, application crashes, logs, and deployment failures.

Support enterprise deployments, upgrades, and software update mechanisms.

Develop secure solutions for enterprise Windows environments.

Contribute to AI-enabled diagnostics, automation, and agent workflows.

Collaborate with Product, Cloud, Platform, Security, and Development teams.





Mandatory Skills

Windows Platform
Solid Windows Internals knowledge.
Hands-on experience with Windows Services and background applications.
Strong knowledge of Windows Registry, WMI, Event Logs, Performance Counters, and system diagnostics.
Experience with Active Directory and domain-joined Windows devices. Programming
Solid hands-on C# / .NET.
Strong hands-on C++.
Valuable PowerShell development/scripting experience.
Experience with plugin architecture/modular software design.
Strong debugging and crash analysis skills. Enterprise Networking
Experience with enterprise proxies.
Knowledge of Kerberos and NTLM authentication.
Experience with secure network communications (HTTPS/TLS). AWS / Cloud
Hands-on experience with AWS IoT and/or AWS Kinesis.
AWS CloudFront knowledge is preferred.
Understanding of telemetry pipelines and event-driven systems. Telemetry
Experience collecting and analyzing low-level device/system telemetry.
Experience with device health, performance, inventory, monitoring, or endpoint data.
