The person should understand social media trends, be comfortable creating content, shooting videos and using recent-age technology and AI tools. What You’ll DoManage Instagram and YouTube end-to-end. Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.

Create

Reels, Stories, Carousels, Shorts and YouTube videos. Shoot videos on a phone/camera and travel for shoots when required. Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar. Come up with fresh content ideas, hooks, scripts and formats.

Track trends and quickly adapt them for the brand. Analyse views, reach, engagement, followers and subscriber growth. Work towards measurable growth across Instagram and YouTube. Use ChatGPT, Claude,



Canva and other AI/content tools to work faster and create better content.

What We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience in social media/content creation. Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Comfortable shooting and editing videos independently. Creative, proactive and consistent.

Valuable understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable. Comfortable experimenting with AI and recent technology. Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for daily instructions.

Big Plus: You have your own Instagram/YouTube page and have personally grown an audience.
